Earl Knight
CEO & Co-Founder
Earl founded Consortio Security with a clear purpose: to build a security business shaped by partnership, accountability and service excellence. His leadership philosophy is grounded in transparency, ethical decision-making and a relentless focus on improving outcomes for clients, employees and the communities the company serves.
With a background in the British Armed Forces and extensive experience within the UK security sector, Earl has overseen the company’s strategic growth since its incorporation. Under his direction, Consortio Security has expanded into a diversified provider of physical and technical security solutions, supported by strong governance, ISO-accredited systems and a people-first culture.
Earl leads the executive team, sets organisational strategy, and ensures the company maintains the highest operational, regulatory and ethical standards.
Nathan Potter
COO & Co-Founder
Nathan is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Consortio Security. He has been instrumental in shaping the company’s operational strategy, organisational structure and service-delivery model since its inception.
Nathan brings extensive experience from the British Armed Forces, followed by a successful career in the private security industry, where he held senior leadership and project management roles across both UK and international operations. His background gives him deep expertise in risk management, operational planning, team leadership and building high-performance service cultures.
At Consortio Security, Nathan oversees operational performance, compliance, service delivery and frontline support, ensuring that clients receive a consistently high standard of service backed by strong governance and organisational discipline.
Elliot Moss
Head of Finance
Elliot is responsible for the financial management and long-term fiscal sustainability of Consortio Security. An AAT- and ACCA-qualified finance professional, he brings a strong background in commercial accounting, financial control, budgeting, forecasting and statutory compliance.
Before joining Consortio Security, Elliot worked in finance roles across the security industry, developing detailed experience in contract costing, workforce planning, financial risk, payroll structures and the commercial dynamics of the sector.
He oversees financial strategy, reporting, audit preparation, internal controls and financial governance, ensuring the business remains stable, scalable and compliant as it grows.
Wayne Redman
Head of Operations
Wayne Redman leads operational delivery across multiple regions, with overall responsibility for a multilayered regional management, contract support and supervisors team. He oversees contract performance, service standards and frontline support, ensuring client requirements are met consistently while maintaining high levels of professionalism, safety and operational control.
With a background in the British Armed Forces and extensive experience in security operations, Wayne brings strong leadership across incident response, operational planning, risk management and conflict management. He works closely with the Chief Operating Officer and regional teams to drive continuous improvement, maintain service quality and build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues.
Wayne is also a certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, supporting Consortio Security’s Quality Management System through internal auditing and assurance activity. This ensures operational delivery remains robust, auditable and aligned with internationally recognised quality standards.
Mick Stone
Head of Human Resources
Mick leads the Human Resources function for Consortio Security, shaping the company’s people strategy and ensuring HR practices support a professional, compliant and supportive working environment.
With experience in both the British Armed Forces and senior HR roles within the security industry, Mick specialises in employee relations, organisational development, performance management, recruitment and welfare.
He ensures every colleague receives fair treatment, strong support and meaningful opportunities for development, contributing directly to the company’s culture of partnership, accountability and respect.

Our team understands the value and benefit of being an SIA–ACS approved company.
The objective of the SIA’s Approved Contractor scheme was introduced to raise performance standards and to assist the private security industry in developing new opportunities.
Though the scheme is voluntary, we believe being a member shows desire and commitment to continuous development and improvement of our service offerings to our Clients.
