Although he is new to Consortio Security following his transfer from the previous security provider, he has quickly established himself as a valued member of the team. His dedication, reliability, and positive attitude have not gone unnoticed. Paul is already making a significant impact, and this incident is a perfect example of his commitment to protecting our client and their premises.

During an extended power outage over the weekend, Stephen remained calm, communicated effectively with the Control Room, and worked tirelessly to ensure the site continued to operate as smoothly as possible. His reassuring presence helped students feel safe and secure throughout the incident, earning praise from iQ’s senior management team. Beyond this, Stephen consistently goes above and beyond, taking pride in maintaining high site standards, supporting colleagues, and suggesting improvements. His proactive attitude, dedication, and positive approach have made him an invaluable member of the team and a real credit to Consortio Security.
